Utopia Property Management | Elk Grove, CA
Elk Grove is a city in Sacramento that is located just south of the main hub of the city. It is considered a part of the metropolitan Sacramento area. It is more suburb in nature with many single-family homes, townhomes and the like located in the area. However, this does not mean that these homes are not being rented, they are. Many people who own homes here decide to rent these once they are ready to move on or even move into a bigger home in the area. And there are tons of renters looking to live in a nice, quiet suburb that is not far from the city.

Started the morning off with a bad start by having to ask my wife to use her car for work today then when I get to my destination I step out of the vehicle without turning it off and removing the key. Without thinking I shut the door locking my keys in the car with the ignition still running, smh. I start panicking running a circle around my car hope for some reason a door will be unlocked. Then I meet Jim Bailey, who sees my stress level rising he approaches me offering his assistance in unlocking my car. After a few tries he gains entry putting a smile on my face and giving me another chance at a good day.
